Our client is a full-line sporting goods retailer offering a broad assortment of brand name sporting goods equipment, apparel and footwear in a specialty store environment. The client wanted to set up a customer engagement program using gaming elements. The aim was to create a competitive environment that enables customers to participate in athletic events.
Datametica developed a mobile application that integrates with wearable devices to capture various health related matrices as well as the user’s participation in various events, and rewards them with goodies, points and offers.
This app also ranks the participants across geographies, and provides event notification. Recognition to the participants is granted through badges, points and leaderboards.
