The client used to send personalized recommendation emails to their customers, however, the recommendations were becoming stale when the customers have not checked the emails on a timely basis. In addition, there was a capacity limitation using legacy email blast capability.
Datametica developed a solution in which recommendation emails contained a link that would take them to the most recent recommendation of the day, solving the challenge of stale recommendations. Also, Datametica enabled them to blast an unlimited number of emails per day.
