Email Redesign – Recommendation
Our client, an American retail giant, used to send personalized recommendation emails to customers, which ran the risk of getting stale if the customers didn’t view them on time. The email blasting capacity was limited to 10,000 per day.
Datametica developed a solution in which recommendation emails contained a link which would take them to the updated recommendation of the day, thus solving the challenge of stale recommendations. We also enabled the client to blast a very high number of emails per day.
