Datametica implemented a solution that helped our client understand the click path followed by an analysis of customers who make a purchase. A comparative analysis is carried out with the click path of the customers who don't make a purchase so that such customers can be helped in navigating the website in a similar manner for sales conversion. and drive a recommendation engine.
Upselling & Analytics
The two ways that Datametica devised for this conversion are:
- Upselling: rack top landing pages (the first page on the site the customer sees) and top fall out pages (where customer exists the site). Then use recommendation engine machine learning to attract customers to suitable and attractive offers.
